The Australian Law Awards 2026 was a fantastic opportunity for Law Image to connect with clients, colleagues and professionals from across Australia’s legal sector while celebrating the achievements of the individuals, teams and firms recognised by the industry.
Hosted by Lawyers Weekly, the Australian Law Awards is one of the legal profession’s premier events, bringing together law firms, legal teams, industry leaders and service providers from across Australia to recognise excellence, innovation and achievement.
Our involvement began on 29 July at the Australian Law Awards After Hours event, where we enjoyed catching up with clients, partners and industry peers ahead of the main celebrations.
The following morning, Mik Sharma (Director) and Phil Watson (Head of Information Security) attended the Australian Law Forum and Finalist Breakfast at Royal Randwick Racecourse. The event brought together legal professionals, industry leaders and award finalists for a morning of networking, industry insights and recognition.
As part of the breakfast, Law Image had the privilege of presenting finalist trophies in two award categories.

The celebrations continued that evening at The Star Sydney for the Australian Law Awards 2026 Gala, bringing together some of Australia’s brightest legal talent for an evening of recognition and celebration.
Having recognised the finalists earlier in the day, Law Image Director Mik Sharma had the honour of presenting the winners in both award categories:
