Easily print datasets exported directly from review platforms. Save on time and effort.
PRINT FROM THE SOURCE
Law Image can sort documents in multiple ways, including by document ID, by custom values supplied in the export_extras table, using document date ascending or descending, or with blank dates at the beginning or end.
When sorting based on custom values, the team at Law Image use the natural order sorting algorithm so that un-padded values (e.g. 1, 2, 10, 20) and combined-alphanumeric values sort accurately.
We preserve the host/attachment relationship, so that host and unattached documents are sorted according to the selected order. The attached document is printed sequentially following its host document.
Tabs & Separators
Law Image can generate tabs and separation sheets based on the document structures and print values on these sheets. Below are some of the options available:
- insert tab/separator before host & unattached documents (keeps host/attachments together under tab)
- insert tab/separator before each box or folder level or for each document
- any combination of the above (e.g. tabs before each folder level, colour separator sheets before each host or unattached document)
The following values from the supplied data can be printed onto tabs and/or separation sheets:
- sequential numbering
- document ID
- document date
- custom values (e.g. from export_extras table)
Our legal database printing service can be tailored to suit data structure and the client’s specific needs. Law Image can customise the printing options of the tab sheets, separator sheets, and the documents. This is in addition to Law Image’s standard printing options such as colour, page size, duplex, stapling, hole punching, and binding.
